is committed to maintaining individual privacy. We never give out any
information about our customers to anyone. While we do count the number of hits
our web site gets, we do not keep any statistics on individual visitors.

Ordering Information

Our secure
shopping cart can be used for paying via credit card, or for existing Treecycle
accounts. Due to our concerns about the security of e-mail, we can not accept
credit card orders via regular e-mail, only through our shopping cart.

Give us a call - we'll take your order, let you know immediately if any items
are out of stock, calculate shipping costs, take your credit card number, and have
your order off to you promptly. It will make things easier for both of us if you
have a filled-out order form in front of you when you call.

Regardless of how you order, please be sure to provide all of information we
need to fill the order:

Fill out the order form with the items you wish to order - include color(if
applicable), size, quantities, etc. Subtotal the prices.

Calculate any quantity discounts, and subtract from the subtotal.

List the weights of the various items and then total all your weights at the
bottom of the column.

Figure our how many shipping cartons you will have, and how much each one will
weigh:
- Partial case items and 2-3 full cases(other than paper) can be combined into one box up to 70 pounds
- Items in quantities smaller than a full case can be combined into one shipping box up to 70 pounds per box.
Enter the total number of shipping cartons on the order form.
- Look up your shipping zone in the shipping zone table, below.
- Look up the shipping charges for each case in the shipping rate table. Enter the total shipping charge on the order form.
- Add the item subtotal to the shipping charges to figure the total amount due.

Provide all necessary payment information, and all billing and shipping
addresses. Include both your email address and your telephone number - if we need to get
in touch we'll first contact you via email and then phone if we don't hear back
from you soon.

- Check or Money Order

We accept checks, cashiers checks, and money orders and will be shipped as soon
as the check clears.
- Treecycle Account
-
If you order from us often, you may want to consider setting up an account with
Treecycle. We offer accounts to business who can provide verifiable credit
references. Please e-mail us(see link at bottom) or call us with your fax number and
we'll fax a credit application.
- Credit Card
-
Treecycle accepts Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit card orders
usually ship within 2-3 days unless special order items.
Note that all prices are in US dollars, and all payment must be made in US
dollars.
Please note the following:
- Orders can be returned within 30 days of order date if you pay to ship them back
to Treecycle and the return is in a saleable condition.
- Restocking fee - there is a 20% restocking fee for returned orders and also a
20% restocking fee for processed orders. Returns are only accepted within 30 days
of the order date.
- Large special orders of 5 or more cases that are cancelled will be charged a
restocking fee determined by our suppliers.
- If the return is due to our error(like sending the wrong item), Treecycle will
pay to ship the return and replacment.
- There are NO refunds allowed on the original shipping cost unless it was OUR
error or the wrong amount charged.
- Upon receiving a return, we will inspect the items and then either send a refund
check or issue a credit card credit.

Please note the following:

For small rush orders(sleeve of cups or 1 ream plus envelopes for example) 1 lb
priority is $5.05, 2 lbs $7.05 and any weight 2-3 day priority mail boxes(12 x
3.5 x 14") or (11 x 8.5 x 5.5") are $9.10 to anywhere in the United States,
Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands.

Orders to Bozeman, Missoula, and Helena Montana can be delivered with free
shipping. Oregon shipping is free only if picked up WILL CALL at our Sherwood office at 22808 SW Forest Creek Dr. #102 Sherwood, OR 97140.

Ordering over 150 pounds? UPS and FEDEX have better rates for 150 to 200 pounds
shipments, see the ship chart below.

Unless otherwise requested, we ship via the cheapest method which is always
FEDEX or UPS Ground(except for orders to zones 9, 10 & 11 - see below). If you
want a USPS quote, go to usps.com and enter the weight of your package and our
zip code of 59846 and your zip code. You will be then receive a quote for all
shipping options. Put in the comment section of your order if you want it shipped
USPS.

We must have a US Post Office approved street address (not a PO Box) for all
shipments (except zones 9, 10 & 11).

It's more expensive than USPS Priority mail, but rush orders can be sent USPS 1
Day Express or UPS and FEDEX 1, 2 & 3 Day Air

Deliveries to zones 9, 10 & 11 are via Parcel Post. P.O. boxes are okay for
these zones only. These orders can be rushed by Priority

Some catalog items are indicated as "oversize". They have listed the
oversize weight they are charged.
